Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any mobile applications, games, or related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Wuhan Yunyi Interactive Technology Co., Ltd. (武汉云壹互动科技有限公司, "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated in a specific promotion or reward program with its own terms.
Certain games may offer promotional reward programs. Participation is subject to additional rules, eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions, and verification procedures. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any reward program at any time. Rewards may be withheld or reversed in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software; interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers; impersonate any person or entity; harass, abuse, or harm other users; use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts; or collect or harvest information about other users without consent.
All content, features, and functionality of our Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and game design—are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
If our Services allow you to submit content (such as messages, usernames, or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting our Services. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wuhan Yunyi Interactive Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in your jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
